We are a growing service provider catering to luxury retailers, and we're seeking motivated, proactive, and dependable Part-Time Shipping Associates to join our dynamic shipping department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where accuracy, quality, and same-day service are top priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Packing and manifesting shipments
• Ensuring all packages are presented in pristine condition with strategic, damage-free packing
• Upholding company standards and contributing to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Running reports, stocking supplies, gift wrapping, and quality control
• Communicating with customers and internal teams via email and in person

What We’re Looking For:

• Quick learner who takes pride in precision and efficiency
• Strong multitasking abilities with close attention to detail and minimal errors
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A team player with a “do whatever it takes” positive and fun attitude
• Comfortable using PC computers; FedEx/UPS manifesting experience is a plus
• Physically capable: Able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs, stand for full shifts, bend, kneel, and stretch
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed
• Enthusiastic about working in a growing company and open to expanding your role over time

Position Details:

• Part-time: 6 to 32 hours per week depending on volume
• Must be available weekends
• Flexibility is essential due to fluctuating demand
