Legal Secretary – Full Time An opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a boutique law firm based in Perth. The practice is well-established and works across a range of matters including Family and Criminal Law. This is a full-time, office‑based role with no work-from-home arrangements. The successful candidate will be supporting two Directors and a Restricted Practitioner, working closely with a small and friendly team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate calendars, appointments, and Court dates on behalf of senior lawyers Monitor and manage shared inboxes, ensuring all correspondence is actioned promptly Prepare, format, and file legal documentation, both electronically and in hard copy Assist with the organisation of Court materials, briefs, and disclosure About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Experience working as a Legal Secretary Must have a recent National Police Clearance and full working rights in Australia Work closely with senior lawyers and gain exposure to varied matters Training and support provided To Apply If you are looking to take the next step in your career, please click ‘Apply’ to submit your application now!
