What is a "FLEX Officer"?

The FLEX Officer is someone that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site.

IMPORTANT: This position requires flexibility to work any shift (1st/2nd/3rd) as needed on a weekly basis. We have new security business for a chain of retail malls in southern NH so we are looking for flexible officers to support our security teams during the transition process!

$20.00/hr starting pay, with potential for a $1 increase after 6 months

Full-time & Part-time available

Hiring for ALL shifts (flexible availability is required)

No Security Experience Necessary

Valid Drivers License REQUIRED

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma
• Walking/standing for long periods
• Flexible work availability
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record
• At least 18 years old
• Flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites in the NH area
• Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a NH Guard Card- we will assist you in applying for this after accepting an offer of employment!
