What You’ll Be Doing Contribute to a dynamic, flexible and high‑energy sales team focused on the U.S. mid‑size and community bank market, targeting the new SaaS solution. Investigate, understand, map and penetrate target clients and prospects, building a comprehensive understanding of each organization and key stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, marketing and business units to create a specific strategy for named accounts. Identify how Quantexa’s solutions map to client needs, learn and apply the compelling value proposition and narrative, and lead the sales process from lead to closing and beyond. Work with customer success and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and expand current client spend across business units and use cases. Become a trusted advisor at the C‑level and below, leveraging your expertise and Quantexa’s knowledge. Location can be remote based in PA, CT, NJ, NC, NYC or MA with a hybrid environment when in an office. What You’ll Bring An absolute determination to win the business with integrity, fortitude, and an unstoppable attitude. Previous experience selling enterprise‑level software or SaaS into the banking industry, ideally mid‑size or regional banking. Intellectual curiosity to genuinely improve clients’ organizations, revenues, experiences and outcomes. Understanding of how banks and the financial services ecosystem work, budget, prioritize and purchase. Experience in SaaS and/or enterprise‑level software sales, including infrastructure, robotics, machine learning and AI. Creativity, coachability and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Exceptional organizational and pipeline management skills. Some level of financial crime knowledge (Fraud, Cyber, AML, Scams, etc). Position requires legal U.S. residence without sponsorship. Location Remote or hybrid in PA, CT, NJ, NC, NYC or MA. Hybrid includes in‑office and home work. Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $155k – $188k per annum plus commission plan of 100% of basic salary (uncapped). 100% 401K match up to 5%.
