Job Title: Remote School Psychologist

Job Type: Full-Time 1099 Contract
We areseeking a licensed and experienced Remote School Psychologist to provide virtual psychological and educational services to students across K12 schools in New Hampshire. The School Psychologist will play a key role in supporting student success by conducting assessments, delivering mental health services, and participating in special education planningentirely through secure telepractice platforms. This position must comply with New Hampshire Department of Education (NH DOE) requirements and federal special education law (IDEA, Section 504).
Administer and interpret remote psychoeducational assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional functioning.
Participate in virtual IEP team meetings and contribute to the eligibility determination process for special education and related services.
Provide virtual individual and group counseling and mental health support for students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with school staff and families to design, implement, and monitor academic and behavioral interventions .
Support the development and implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
Provide crisis intervention and support remotely, including virtual risk and threat assessments as needed.
Communicate effectively with educators, families, and administrators in a virtual setting, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Maintain timely, accurate, and legally compliant documentation of assessments, counseling sessions, and communications.
Masters or Specialist Degree in School Psychology from a NASP-approved or regionally accredited program.
Current New Hampshire Department of Education licensure as a School Psychologist.
Experience working in a virtual or remote educational setting preferred.
Familiarity with New Hampshire state special education processes, including IEP and 504 requirements.
Proficiency with digital assessment tools (e.g., Q-global, Q-interactive) and virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must maintain a secure and confidential home workspace in compliance with FERPA and HIPAA standards.
Fully remote/telepractice position.
Flexible hours within the typical school day schedule.
Must be able to adapt to various virtual learning environments and student needs.
