This individual will manage phone calls, assist with our virtual mail service, and provide general front desk support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Phone ManagementAnswer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.Greet members and visitors, providing assistance as needed.Maintain a positive and welcoming environment at the front desk.Mail ServicesSort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages for members.Assist with virtual mail service, including scanning or notifying members of mail availability.Ensure mail-handling procedures are accurate and secure.Member & Office SupportAssist members with general inquiries and provide information about services.Coordinate with building management and internal team for office needs.Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or preparing front desk materials.Facility PresenceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.Monitor visitor access and enforce co-working space policies.QualificationsPrevious experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with technology, including phone systems, email, and basic office software.Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.Schedule & CompensationHours: 20 hours per week during regular business hours (MondayFriday, 9 AM 5 PM).Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
