Job Opening: Podcast Producer Location: Eugene, OR Salary: $40,000–$75,000 Want to build a top 100 podcast? Better yet — ready to make it top 25? We’re looking for a Podcast Producer who’s not just technically skilled, but also strategic, creative, and obsessed with growth. You’ll be the visionary leader responsible for managing every aspect of our podcast’s success—from content strategy to guest experience to audience growth. About Us Modern Amenities is on a mission to transform the vending industry by helping entrepreneurs build modern vending routes wherever they live. We value brand integrity, quality, convenience, and well-being—and we’re bringing that same energy to the stories we tell through our podcast. Your Role As our Podcast Producer, you'll own the entire production pipeline and help shape a show that entertains, educates, and elevates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments and loves turning ideas into audio people can’t stop listening to. What You'll Be Doing

• Research and book high-impact guests
• Prepare pre-production briefs to guide hosts and streamline episodes
• Develop engaging show structures and content angles
• Record and edit high-quality audio
• Manage publishing schedules, platforms, and episode distribution
• Write episode titles, show notes, and promotional content
• Analyze performance data to improve and grow our audience
• Stay ahead of podcast trends and growth strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For Feel free to apply IF you have:

• 2+ years of experience in podcast/media production and content growth strategy
• A strong understanding of podcasting platforms and audience behavior
• Storytelling ability and a great ear for pacing and tone
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead and own the podcast vision
• A craving for a startup environment where you learn, iterate, and ship quickly

Bonus If You Also Have

• Experience with tools like Riverside.fm, Zencastr, or Descript
• Background in journalism, media, or content marketing
• A track record of growing a podcast audience or launching a successful show
