Offset Press Operator

The First Press Operator is responsible for the safe setup and operation of the conventional, sheet-feed printing press. This role involves providing direction to the print crew and ensuring that optimum print quality and production efficiencies are achieved at a consistent rate of speed in accordance with machine standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the conventional, sheet-feed printing press safely.
• Provide direction to the print crew to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain optimum print quality and production efficiencies at a consistent rate of speed.
• Ensure all operations comply with machine standards and customer specifications.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with CNC and machine operation.
• Proficiency in offset printing and press machine operations.
• 3+ years of experience with sheetfed offset printing presses.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to edit programs as needed.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mansfield, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
