Job Title: 1st Shift Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

A growing manufacturing company in the Mukwonago area is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team on a 1st shift, Monday–Friday schedule . This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, a supportive work environment, and competitive benefits.
The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, particularly with industrial machinery . Proficiency using electrical voltmeters to diagnose issues across a range of voltages (12V to 480V) is essential.
Perform daily maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, including motors, conveyors, and production machinery.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostics.
Safely use voltmeters to test and diagnose electrical systems from 12V to 480V.
Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule and document completed work.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production personnel to minimize downtime.
Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience using voltmeters on high- and low-voltage systems (12V–480V).
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices.
High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
