Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an LPN / Scheduling Coordinator located in North Little Rock, AR. The LPN / Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing medical support under the supervision of healthcare professionals. Daily tasks include handling patient inquiries, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with clinical procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and valid state licensure
• Skills in patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and record maintenance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a mental health or clinical setting is a plus
• Strong proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
