Job Description

Job Description Support ongoing Global QA program activities and enhancements Create schedules, prepare meeting materials, and manage meeting logistics Take and distribute meeting notes and follow up on action items Coordinate program updates, evaluation design, and self-evaluation programming support Maintain program information on HyattConnect, ServiceNow, and other channels Draft communications to field teams and respond to program inquiries Assist with prioritization of QA requests and interface with Hyatt IT Manage invoicing on a biweekly basis Participate in regular stakeholder meetings and integrate activities into HyQuality programs We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
