At Intermex, we help consumers save while caring for what matters most.What you will doOur Team Lead, Agent Sales Executive are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with assigned area agents, including the day-to-day execution of FX investments, managing the ROI in order to achieve sales objectives and revenue goals in conjunction with the members in the field. Agent Sales Executives will also leverage other Intermex products and services to increase profits, agent transactions, and loyalty. This role is ideal for candidates who are success driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment with a diverse team. Candidates should possess experience in telesales & analytical skills or related field and have excellent analytical skills.What you bringProvide support and build strong relationships with current and new agentsMonitor and negotiate day-to-day FX rates, commissions and customer fees to increase volume transactionsPerform regular market analysis on competitors rates and pricingsFacilitate exchange rate changes as suggested and requested by agentsSupport agents with transactions and provide resolutions to maximize customer satisfactionPartner with Field and Internal sales teams to increase volume and transactional revenue streamsStrive to generate and increase transactions to maximize revenueWhat you haveBachelors or Associate's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields2 or more years' experience in Sales or Customer Support rolesStrong analytical and financial skillsProficiency in Excel and other MS Office softwareCreate approach to decision making and escalation when needed#IMXSEIntermex Wire Transfer LLC. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
