Executive Director, Global Marketing Strategy & Operations

Location: Philadelphia, PA or Boston, MA (**Candidate must reside within 50 miles of either location with 3 days on-site required)

EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage biopharma to hire an Executive Director of Global Marketing Strategy and Operations. This individual would play a key role in leading market strategy on a local and global scale as the company prepares for a global launch.

Responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence and guide global brand and asset planning
• Partner cross-functionally with commercial operations to develop streamlined strategy for new products
• Execute early brand strategy to optimize go-to-market initiatives for both commercialized and pipeline products
• Lead Promotional Review Committee (PRC)
• Lead key U.S. marketing programs in partnership with HCP and DTC teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (MBA, etc.) preferred
• 20+ years minimum experience required within marketing, commercial strategy, brand planning, marketing operations, new product planning, etc. within the pharmaceutical industry
• Previous successful product launch experience required
• Excellent team leadership experience and ability to lead by example
• Skilled in resource planning, operational execution, and performance mgmt.
