Job Description:
Responsible for a wide range of administrative and project coordination tasks, including record keeping, meeting scheduling and documentation, correspondence handling, and internal/external communication. Duties involve supporting department operations, organizing events and travel, managing mail and supplies, creating presentations, and serving as a liaison with senior leadership and external partners. Works independently and collaboratively on both ongoing and special projects, often handling confidential and sensitive information.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience supporting a Finance department is a plus
