Essential Job Functions:
• Consults with GM to define priority of projects.
• Responsible for maintaining and supporting company computer systems.
• Studies existing data in order to stay updated on and suggest hardware and software
improvements and packages.
• Develops and conducts training sessions for newly acquired software.
• Trains and evaluates IT department employees.
• Conduct special studies related to development of new information systems.
• Meets with department managers to discuss needs and requirements for each
department.
• Develop operating methods to process data.
• Ensure compliance with all federal laws, employment, and gaming laws of the state
of IN.
• Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture
of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
• Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and
Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to
gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant
to company Self-Reporting Policy.
