Job Title : Creative Project Manager Location : Petaluma, CA (Hybrid | 2–3 days on-site per week) Employment Type : Full-Time About The Role Our client, a mission-driven EdTech company, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the execution and coordination of multimedia and design projects across departments. This hybrid role, based in Petaluma, California , will support cross-functional creative operations by managing workflows, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of digital and print assets. The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience in creative environments—agency or in-house—along with a high degree of fluency in digital production, design collaboration, and leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee the scope, schedule, and execution of multiple concurrent creative projects across design and media teams. Develop and manage detailed project timelines, deliverables, and team communications. Serve as the key point of contact across stakeholders, ensuring clarity on creative objectives and status. Translate complex requirements into actionable workflows that align with brand standards and content strategy. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve roadblocks and ensure timely delivery. Document and optimize creative operations processes to drive scalability and efficiency. Leverage AI tools to assist in creative production, content review, and workflow automation. Maintain consistent management practices and ensure positive team dynamics.
