Our team is committed to delivering the best service in the industry. We are seeking qualified candidates to join the team of Customer Solutions Specialists (CSS). The CSS team is responsible for taking inbound calls from members in need of roadside assistance (e.g., tire change, jump start, tow) via phone, arranging the needed service by selecting and dispatching a service provider, and providing customer care and follow up.
