☕ Barista at Winfield Street Coffee – Rye Location ☕

  Rye Train Station – Opening July 2025

 $15–$17/hr + weekly pooled tips

  Shifts available between 6 AM – 9 PM | Full-Time or Part-Time

We’re bringing our signature smiles, coffee, and creative food to Rye—and we’re building an all-star team to make it happen. If you love coffee, community, and being part of a fast-paced, fun crew, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft high-quality coffee and espresso drinks quickly and consistently
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
• Support food prep, pastry setup, and other daily tasks
• Work collaboratively with the team to create an amazing guest experience

We’d Love If You:

• Are reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
• Have previous café or barista experience (a plus, not required)
• Work well under pressure and keep a great attitude
• Can be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Are flexible with scheduling (morning, mid-day, or evening shifts available)
