The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range. Pay Rate: $40 - $47/hr on W2 Job Description: We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing for a variety of print and digital channels, including email, web, direct mail, display, and social media. As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and ensuring that our marketing objectives are effectively communicated to our audience. Key Responsibilities Design creative content for a range of channels, including print, digital/mobile, social media, out-of-home, and video. Develop work that persuasively conveys marketing objectives to the end consumer. Collaborate with Creative Directors and Project Managers to define project intent, brief teams, and deliver impactful marketing solutions. Support project teams throughout the creative process, from development to review and approvals. Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business clients to influence marketing strategy and enhance customer experience. Use evidence and data to inform creative decisions and ensure alignment with marketing goals. Demonstrate expert knowledge of advertising and marketing trends, translating business intent into effective creative strategies and executions. Present and influence with a convincing and inspiring style to increase buy-in and open new opportunities for the team and department. Consistently meet deadlines and proactively flag concerns in a timely manner. Ensure attention to detail, checking for product consistency, brand standards adherence, spelling, production concerns, and other errors. Deliver presentations with excitement, clarity, enthusiasm, and passion, effectively selling ideas and executions. Experience in UX/UI, wireframing, and interaction models is a plus. Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). At least 3 years of design experience in a professional setting. At least 3 years of experience working with prototyping software (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD). Proficiency in Figma, with experience using libraries and components. A portfolio of creative work showcasing your design expertise.
