Requirements Creative Vision: Define and articulate the creative vision for our projects and campaigns. Lead the development of concepts, themes, and visual styles that align with project goals. Inspire and lead a team of designers, artists, and creative professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to foster a culture of innovation and growth. Visual Direction: Set the overall visual style, including choice of color schemes, typography, and imagery. Ensure that designs align with brand identity and convey the intended message. Concept Development: Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate and refine ideas. Collaborate with the team to translate concepts into compelling designs and artworks. Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. Review and approve designs, graphics, and artwork to maintain consistency and excellence. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their creative needs and preferences. Present creative proposals and concepts, providing a clear rationale for design choices. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and meet project deadlines.
