Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Preventative maintenance as needed
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Participating in 24/7 emergency on-call system (one week every 6 weeks)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• 2+ years' experience in maintenance
• 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
• Drywalling including painting and carpentry
• CPO certification preferred but not required
• Boilers class 1, 2 or special preferred but not required
• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED

• Compensation is $23 - $25/hour
