We are seeking a highly skilled, outgoing and experienced Scrum Master & Agile Coach with demonstrated success at developing productive relationships with stakeholders and leading systems engineering teams as they transition into an Agile environment. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be at the forefront of the customer, sitting outside of Agile teams within the organization while paying close attention to the processes and interactions among team members. The Agile Coach will observe and note areas of friction and quality of the product to perform a complete Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis of the team's Agile performance. Based on this analysis, the Agile Coach will formulate a plan to address weaknesses, leverage opportunities, and mitigate potential threats before they arise, all while fostering collaboration and encouraging the team's strengths. An Agile Coach is the confluence of multiple factors - experiences, knowledge and training, and personality.

An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.
A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline is preferred but not required.
Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.
The projected annual compensation range for this position is $79,000 - $115,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
