Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide essential administrative and clerical support within our team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining effective communication and coordination across various departments.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments

  • Maintain and update office records and databases

  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations

  • Answer and direct phone calls, and address queries

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
