Role Summary:
The 3D Print Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations to include: setup, operation & management of 3D printing systems (resin and filament) and fulfillment of work/ purchase orders. The position requires advanced technical knowledge in engineering and design, administrative skills, organizational aptitude, and production optimization time/ cost efficiencies.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Management: Oversee daily operations and troubleshoot any issues with the 3D printers or the printing process, taking corrective action as needed.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed records of print jobs, including settings, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Material Management:
  Select and manage printing materials, ensuring they meet specifications and are properly stored.
• Printer Operation:
  Set up and operate Resin 3D printers, ensuring correct calibration and settings for optimal print quality.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect printed components for defects and accuracy, making necessary adjustments to printer settings.
• Maintenance:
  Ensure regular checks and routine maintenance on 3D printers is conducted.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, including the handling of hazardous materials.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with Customers, Senior Management, engineers, designers, and other team members to fulfill project requirements.
• Problem-Solving:
  Troubleshoot any issues with the 3D printers or the printing process, taking corrective action as needed.

Qualifications:

• College degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 3D printing or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and slicing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership abilities.

Preferred-

• Experience with Carbon Resin Printers
• Experience with SolidWorks CAD Software
